Carol Tavernier from London South Bank University gave us an insight into using UIMPROVE in the daunting world of the academic. She attended the Facilitator Development Programme as a lone voice in her organisation and has since transformed their approach to project management resulting in lots of enthusiasm for UIMPROVE. She told us 'you get exactly what it says on the tin with UIMPROVE'.
