Carol Tavernier from London South Bank University gave us an insight into using UIMPROVE in the daunting world of the academic. She attended the Facilitator Development Programme as a lone voice in her organisation and has since transformed their approach to project management resulting in lots of enthusiasm for UIMPROVE. She told us 'you get exactly what it says on the tin with UIMPROVE'.
As in 2009, the quiz resulted in three teams drawing.

Freya Owen has been a Facilitator at Cobalt Housing for the past 3 years. In addition to this and her 'day-job', she also co-ordinates the Facilitator resource for her organisation. Freya has recently been involved in setting up a Facilitator network between different organisations and explained the benefits that can be gained from working in partnership with different organisations using UIMPROVE.
