Anna Lemcke

Anna has enjoyed working in the community, health and youth sector for over 15 years, both locally and internationally. She is dedicated to achieving community participation, effective advocacy and leadership through organisational and sectoral improvement.

Anna's early career was marked by assertive outreach work, where she closely collaborated with people experiencing significant disadvantage to improve their wellbeing but also to improve the welfare system. Her more recent roles include managing teams and spearheading community engagement initiatives.

In 2016 Anna participated in both Universal Improvement Skills and Universal Leadership Skills, honing her leadership abilities and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement within her teams.

Anna feels most 'at home' at work when she can work collaboratively while combining her operational experience with strategic, big-picture thinking.

In her free time Anna enjoys taking her family out and about in their VW camper van, indulging in Korean desserts and kicking the occasional soccer ball.
